According to the ABU collective labor agreement, the illness benefit is at least 90% of your wage. If you are a temporary employee, you'll receive the average over the past 13 weeks. And if you have an employment contract with fixed hours, you will be paid 90% of the hours you missed due to illness. You have to take into consideration that the first day of illness is a waiting day.
