Without an email address it's not possible to enrol an employee. Our advice is to let your employee create an email account, which is very simply done through e.g. Gmail or Outlook. It is not allowed to use your personal email address. Self-evidently, it'sd also possible to sign without an online signature if the employee wishes so.
