When the contract of one of your employees almost expires or when an employee has quit his/her job, it's necessary to enter an assignment change in MyJAM!. How you can do that? It goes as follows:
Step 1: In the left side menu, click on Assignments. If you see a red circle with a number in it next to it, that means that action is required.
Step 2: In Assignments, you can see an overview of all of your employees. In the column Action, you can spot a 'Yes' with a red underlining for the employees that require you to take action of some kind. Click on the employee for whom action is required. In this menu, you see at the left top the option Request assignment change (as seen below). Click on it.
Step 3: At the left side menu, you now see a red circle with a number in it next to Change requests. This concerns the assignment you've just created. You can always close the assignment change in between and finish it later by clicking on the red circle. In the right side menu, you can spot the name of the concerning employee with the 'change request' symbol and the red circle with an exclamation mark in it. You can also click here to perform action.
Step 4: If you are in the requests menu, you can spot the button Option * at the right side menu of the concerning employee. You can choose between Extend or Terminate. After you've selected one of the options, you click on Request at the right top. Your change has then been requested.
