Yes, if these hours already have been payed out. The basic principle is that you get paid for every hour you work. So if you get paid, but have not yet worked on it, these hours will be recorded as minutes. These hours must then be made up at a later time. However, it may also be the case that you did not receive the hours, but that they were registered as unpaid leave. At that point you no longer have to make up the hours.
