As a casual worker, whether or not you accrue vacation hours depends on the agreement with your employer. Some employers choose to accrue vacation hours for casual workers, while others may opt to pay vacation hours and vacation pay directly.
You can find this information on your payslip. At the bottom, there will be a column indicating "vakantie-uren" (vacation hours) and "vakantiegeld" (vacation pay). The balance displayed represents the accumulated hours or amount. If the balance is zero, it means that the agreement with your employer is to pay vacation hours and vacation pay directly.
