If you are sick, you need to report it in writing to JAM! on the same day before 11:00 AM. You can do this by sending an email to [email protected] . In this email, indicate the expected duration of the absence and any limitations or possibilities you may have.
The sick report is only considered final when you receive a confirmation of it.
Don't forget to inform your client about your sick leave and return to work according to the guidelines they have in place. This is also part of a complete sick report.
Please note that we will only process late sick reports from the day of the notification. This means that the first day of sickness will be recorded as the day you made the report. Missed days without a sick report will be registered as unpaid leave. Therefore, make sure to inform us on the first day of your sickness, or else you may lose income.
