In case you are entitled to sickness benefit (e.g., under a fixed-hour contract), you will be paid according to the provisions of the hospitality industry collective labor agreement (cao). The first day of sickness is considered a waiting day, which means that you are responsible for covering the costs of that day. After that, your sick hours will be paid at 95% of your regular wages.
