How can I view the reservations of my employees in MyJam!?

There is a new tile available in MyJAM! for reservation reports. This is good news because you no longer have to email or call us to request this information! Here's how it works:

 

  1. Click on the button below to view an overview of all reservation data for your employees, including vacation hours, vacation pay, vacation days, and time-off in lieu.


 

  1. You can sort this data by employee name, type of reservation, entered balance, and date of entered balance by simply clicking on these terms above the columns. Note that employees are sorted by first name. Clicking once will sort the data alphabetically in ascending order. Clicking twice will sort it in descending order, from Z-A and in reverse numerical order.

 

  1. If there are any unnecessary columns, you can deselect them by clicking on "Columns" in the top right corner and unchecking the relevant column.

 

  1. If you only want to view the data for a specific employee or are interested in the vacation hours of all your employees, you can do that too. Click next to the search bar on the arrow pointing downwards. Here, you can filter by employee, reservation type, and entered balance.

 


  1. Once you have created a filter that you're satisfied with, you can save it at the bottom of the filter menu and give it a name. If you prefer to save your overview, you can do so by clicking on the "Other" button and then selecting "Save overview settings for me."
