JAM! detachering was founded in 2022 with the goal of providing quality, customized staffing services. We believe it is important to be able to flexibly deploy hospitality talent to hospitality businesses where they are at their full potential, thus also relieving these businesses employee shortage and stress. 

 

Method and service


JAM! detachering operates together with JAM! hospitality to find ideal candidates for detachering. This cooperation results in a broad network and extensive service. We would like to explain our working method to you below.

 

We provide customized services with favorable rates and extras. For example, HR managers are available for advice, as well as a Jobcoach who guides candidates through, for example, job interviews. JAM! also offers its candidates the possibility of retraining or further training.
