I have completed steps 4, 5, and 6 of the onboarding process, what now?

Once you have filled out steps 4, 5, and 6 of your onboarding and have submitted it, your client will receive a notification to review the onboarding. If everything is correct, your client will proceed with forwarding the onboarding to JAM!. JAM! will perform a final review and provide your contract and tax declaration form for digital signing, if all the information is accurate.

Incomplete information?

If there is still something that hasn't been filled out correctly, the registration will be rejected with a comment attached. You or your client will receive a notification regarding this. You will need to make the necessary adjustments. Once the changes have been made, you need to resubmit the onboarding for JAM! to review it again for accuracy. Afterwards, JAM! will provide your contract and tax declaration form for digital signing.

Signing process

Once everything is ready for signing, you will receive a notification (via email and MyJAM!). You can now sign your contract and tax declaration form using an SMS code. Once both documents have been fully signed, you will be entered into JAM!'s payroll system and can start receiving payments.
