If your client has initiated the onboarding process and you have logged in to MyJAM!, here's what you need to do:

Everything starts with your onboarding. Your client has initiated the onboarding and has completed steps 1, 2, and 3. The onboarding has now been forwarded to you.

Open the onboarding and verify if your personal information in step 2 is correct:

  • First and last name
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • Mobile number

If any of these details are incorrect, you need to reject the registration and provide a comment to your client about what needs to be corrected. Your client will then need to make the necessary adjustments.

If all the information is correct, you need to give your consent. Next, review step 3, which covers the employment conditions.

If the information in steps 1, 2, and 3 is accurate, you need to complete steps 4, 5, and 6 of the onboarding process yourself.
