Your managers can have differing roles. For each user, a minimum of one role needs to be selected, but managers can also be granted multiple roles. Below, you'll be informed how to grant these roles and consequently, what these roles entail exactly.
Configuring roles
Go to the tile ADD USER and fill in the data of the user that you want to grant managing roles to. The fields with an * next to it are obligatory to fill in.
Click on the authorization unit that belongs to the concerning manager (think of dishes, waiting, kitchen, etc.) and consequently tick the boxes for the corresponding roles of this person. Don't mind the options that say (staffing customer) behind a certain role; this is not of your concern.

Application manager (staffing customer)
With these rights, a manager obtains the possibility to add extra users. Think of a manager who acquires these rights to add his colleagues as approvers of time registration.
Approver time registration
With these rights, a manager acquires the possibility to approve of timesheets or create these. That is dependent on the timesheet process.
Employee e-UUR time registration
With these rights, the user can only see timesheets. It's not possible for this user to approve of timesheets or create these. This role is an observing functionality for administrative objectives.
Document authorized
With these rights, the manager can look into their own documents in the file. This role is necessary when the manager needs to have insight in e.g. invoices.
Digital signature authorized person (staffing customer)
With these rights, the manager can sign documents. This does require a signed phone number.
External document authorized
With these rights, the manager can also have insight in the files of on-call workers. The manager obtains insight in the pay slips, copies of the identification cards and the employment contracts of your on-call workers. You can grant permission per item of the dossier.
Manager digital registration (staffing customer)
With these rights, the manager can create online registrations and consequently do mutations on these registrations.
Assignment manager
With these rights, a manager obtains the possibility to make a request for posting corrections.
